If you need to add to or reduce your existing plan balance, please contact your provider’s office. They can help update your contract to reflect the new balance. At that time you will agree to a new payment amount and sign an updated plan agreement. No credit check is required, it is a fast and simple process.

We will retry declined payments and attempt to reach you via phone, e-mail and text. After 90 days, the plan is sent to collections and reported to the credit bureau.

Yes, there is no prepayment penalty for early payoffs. You can contact Compassionate Finance to set up payoff arrangements or make additional payments to pay off sooner.
